About us

The Smart Log Home Builders originally started the log home building and furniture production business in Germany back in 1996.

The company owner has a passion for wood and he worked in one way or the other with wood for his whole life. His career started in forest management. After eleven years in this field he moved on to become a qualified building technician and established his own log home construction business.

Sculptures

The production of rustic wooden furniture and wooden sculptures crafted with a chain saw originated from the idea to produce a unique birthday present for the principal's spouse. That is how the hawk and a new business activity were born.
